Justin Thang founded Hope for Tomorrow with the vision to empower Burmese refugees with the resources necessary for them to achieve hopeful, successful futures. Started on March 21, 2017, Hope for Tomorrow is a dedicated non-profit organization established in Indianapolis, Indiana. A large settlement of Burmese refugees have made Indianapolis their home; however, the city needed a Burmese activist to represent these new citizens. To ease the transition for these new citizens, Hope for Tomorrow was established with the goal of building bridges between the Burmese and American communities through education and service. Through a wide range of services, Hope for Tomorrow hopes to provide the services necessary for the Burmese of Indianapolis to achieve their piece of the American dream.
